Ioannis Karydas is the Founder of Karydas – Fouskarinis & Associates Law Office and one of the most experienced litigators of the Firm, with more than four decades of legal practice before Greek courts and authorities.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has represented individuals, businesses and public entities in a broad range of criminal, civil and administrative matters, developing extensive courtroom experience and a reputation for strategic and effective advocacy.
Introduction
His practice focuses on criminal litigation, civil disputes, administrative law matters, real estate disputes and complex legal advisory work. Combining legal expertise with practical judgment, he has successfully handled numerous high-profile and demanding cases involving both private and public law issues.
Alongside his legal practice, Ioannis has made a significant contribution to legal education. He served as Professor of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the Police Academy of Athens, where he taught future law enforcement officers and contributed to professional legal training.
He has also authored legal publications and articles and remains actively involved in the Firm’s most significant litigation and advisory matters.
